Miru8691 - A Burger At Its Best
Last night, the /excelamktg team had the most amazing dinner at Miru8691, a new client of ours. Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall in Beverly Hills, the place is hard to find but is so worth the struggle. Once we walked in and saw the eclectic vibe, we knew we were in for a great night! We all went in knowing that we just had to try “the best burger in LA”, but it was hard to pass up the abundance of choices the menu has to offer - the cocktails, the starters, the bowls, the rolls - all of which sounded to die for! After we placed our order, we were delighted to try a soju/green apple cocktail which was delicious to say the least.
Once the burgers arrived, we were in food heaven. Piping hot, the cheese just oozed over the perfectly cooked beef patty, not to be outdone by the lettuce, tomato and crunchy onion. The curly fries and spicy ketchup were the icing on the cake - the perfect addition to enhance the already amazing CLT Burger. To top the meal off, we ordered a chocolate milkshake that was anything but typical, and delectable nonetheless. At the end of our meal, Chef Miru came out to see us off, thanking us for helping him out and spreading the word about this “undiscovered gem of culinary excellence”.
Well after writing all that, I’m hungry again and Miru8691 sounds like just the right place!
