Last week in honor of Mother’s Day, the /excelamktg team launched a Twitter hashtag campaign for one of our clients, Face Place. For two days only, followers were asked to tweet tips that they learned from their mom, anything relating to skincare, beauty, makeup, hair & health - using the hashtag #MomsBeautyTips.
Throughout the two days, select tips were retweeted and on Monday, a winner was announced. Jackie Silver (@AgingBackwards) won two Cell Regenerator moisturizers from Face Place, one for her and one for her mom! She was kind enough to ask for her prize to be donated to a local women’s shelter, and kind enough to write an article about the campaign.
Overall, #MomsBeautyTips was a success! We had a lot of participation and learned priceless tips from moms everywhere! Stay tuned for more pop-up contests like this in the future from @FacePlaceLA
